Cellar Club Enrollment Form

Welcome to the Wellington Vineyards Cellar Club! By joining our Wine Club, you will receive a four bottle package of our handcrafted wines three times a year: February, June, and October. This is the only way you can ensure purchases of our wines, many of which are limited production (less than 200 cases). The package will feature our current and new release wines at a 25% discount plus shipping.

If you like the wines and would like to order more, you may do so at a 25% discount as well. We will hold a small amount of each wine for you for up to 30 days after shipment. After 30 days we cannot guarantee availability of the wines.

As a Wine Club member your discount is good any time on any wine purchases, and you will be invited to special events and our annual Club Barrel Tasting!
